2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering as a participant, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or register for the event.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To participate in TRKA KRALJEVA, the following conditions must be met:

• 5K Race: minimum age 12 years on the day of the event
• 10K Race: minimum age 16 years on the day of the event; participants aged 16–17 must provide written parental or guardian consent
• Kids’ Race (approx. 500 m): open to children aged 4–12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the starting area
• Each participant may register for only one competitive race discipline
• Registration is complete only after full payment of the applicable entry fee
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where eligibility conditions are not met

4. Health and Physical Fitness

By registering, you declare and warrant that:

• You are in good physical health and have no medical condition, injury, or illness that would make participation in a running event dangerous or inadvisable
• You have consulted your physician if you have any doubts about your physical fitness to participate
• You will not participate if you experience any illness, injury, or deterioration of health prior to the event
• You are aware that participation in a running event carries inherent physical risks
• The Organizer strongly recommends that all participants undergo a medical check-up before the event, particularly those over 40 years of age or with any pre-existing health conditions

6. Entry Fees and Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all entry fees:

• Entry fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer
• If the Organizer cancels the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (see Section 9), participants will receive a credit voucher applicable to the next edition of the event
• Transfer of a bib number or registration to another individual requires prior written approval from the Organizer and may be subject to an administrative fee
• The Organizer reserves the right to adjust entry fees before registration closes; changes will not apply to registrations already completed

7. Race Rules and Conduct

All participants must comply with the official race rules published on this website and any instructions given by race officials and volunteers on race day. In particular, participants must:

• Wear their assigned race bib number visibly on the front of their torso at all times during the race
• Follow the designated course and all course markings; deviating from the official route will result in disqualification
• Follow all instructions from race officials, volunteers, and law enforcement personnel
• Not use any form of motorised assistance, cycling, or unauthorised pacing during the race
• Show respect toward other participants, volunteers, spectators, and the environment
• Not use performance-enhancing substances prohibited under applicable anti-doping regulations

Violation of race rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

8. Photography, Video, and Media Rights

By registering for TRKA KRALJEVA, you acknowledge that: (a) photographs, videos, and other media may be taken of you during the event; (b) you grant the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your likeness in such materials for promotional, editorial, social media, and archival purposes related to TRKA KRALJEVA. If you do not consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes, notify the Organizer in writing before the event at office@trkakraljeva.com. Accredited press and media may also capture and publish event images under their own editorial rights.

9. Event Modification and Force Majeure

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the route, date, start time, format, or discipline structure of the event at any time. In cases of force majeure - including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, decisions by governmental or regulatory authorities, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control - the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or significantly modify the event without liability beyond the original entry fee paid. Participants will be notified as promptly as possible via official communication channels.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website - including text, photographs, graphics, logos, race route maps, and design - is the exclusive property of the TRKA KRALJEVA Organizer and is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Serbia. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or published without prior written consent from the Organizer. The name “TRKA KRALJEVA” and associated logos are protected marks of the Organizer.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with other users’ access to it. The Organizer is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the website or participation in the event following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
